Dear
Friend,
Please accept my personal, heartfelt thanks for the exceptional generosity you have shown to our local Red Cross. When we are called to help people in crisis, it’s good to know you’re standing with us.
But every year, the number of disasters and the demand for other vital services increases nationwide and here in our community as well. If the tsunami reminded me of anything, it is that emergencies can happen with the power to devastate lives at any time.
Please continue to help us to help others… by supporting training for our volunteer disaster responders, guaranteeing preparedness programs that protect your family and neighbors, sustaining our 24-hour delivery of emergency messages between family members separated by military assignment, ensuring lifesaving CPR and First Aid training, enabling our blood drives, and encouraging humanitarian values in others through our International and Youth Services programs.
We cont on caring volunteers and friends like you. And you can give with
confidence because top financial publications continue to rank the American Red
Cross among the most efficient charities in the
country.
Your ongoing support means so much!
Donna Dorin
