“Open Your Heart”

Once you open your heart, you begin to have different perspectives, and it affects your everyday life. When you take a step, it leads you to move on to the next stage of a valuable life, and it becomes a cause that produces the effect, and it will be the cause for the next level of the richness of life. Then, you feel a part of nature, and ultimately you become a part of the universe.

First, when you come up with something and react to it before you open your mind, you can’t see what it contains but the simple surface. For example, when you visit the art gallery without opening your heart, you only see a lot of artwork that are hung on the walls that fill the whole exhibit hall. In contrast, if you set your heart to be open in front of the artwork, you begin to feel the meaning of the artwork and eventually get the message from the artist. However, if you don’t know about the specific method or the medium of each artwork, such as abstract painting, photograph, or installation, it motivates you to get to know more about them.

Then, the motivation leads you to attend on the artist’s lecture. When the artist expresses his/her artistic theme or philosophy, it helps you to understand and clear some of your curiosity about the artwork. In fact, after the lecture, you want to see the artwork one more time so that you can apply the ideas from your knowledge absorbed from the lecture. While you observe the artwork, you begin to discover new things which you’ve never found at first. Also, you start to observe each artwork matching with its content as if you are the artist. Furthermore, you want to know the artist’s other works that he/she has been working on, and what kind of credit he/she has received from the critic.

Next, you go on to the artist’s website to study more about the artwork, and you realize that many different things are involved with them. For instance, as you analyze an artist’s history, you will find the artwork’s contents while the artist was working on his/her artwork; his/her art theme and philosophy have been developing with them. Moreover, when you examine the artist’s statement and the critic’s comments, you will discover how it has become solid notions of artistic concepts. Thus, you are the expert of this artist to be able to illustrate the relationship between the artwork and the cultural achievement for the audience.

Finally, you appreciate the artwork through organizing the knowledge you’ve earned from your comprehensive mind. You will appreciate it and feel a pleasure that you’ve never felt before. As a consequence, you suddenly realize yourself as a sensitive, perceptive and intelligent person, so that you are naturally able to discern the practical perceptions of life. Instead of routine walking back and forth to the parking lot, you notice the beauty of nature. The color of trees has more greenery, the sweet birds are playing with the leaves, and the fresh breeze from the ocean side is touching your nose. You can feel your blood pumping from your heart, pouring out all over your body to touch every cell, so you already appreciate the extreme pleasure from what you have experienced with it.

In conclusion, as you open your heart, you begin to see more valuable things in your life. You behold the bright side of perspective, while you enjoy the whole new adventure, and you fully recognize the vivid atmosphere around you to the stimulating nature. Even though you face the chaotic problems upon your daily life, you would rather inhale the fresh air and exhale to relieve the tension. Gradually, you sense that you are a part of the nature and become one with it. As you let it flow smoothly like a stream, you merge to the cosmos and perceive the universe within you, the lifetime achievement.
